The most common cancers among women are uterine, ovarian cancer, vulval and breast cancer. For uterine cancer, most women, are always alarmed if they have irregular bleeding. However, all irregular bleeding may not be cancer but it is alarming if the age of the woman is above 40 years and if there is bleeding after menopause it is considered abnormal.
