Kathleen married James on March 13, 1945 at Lambeg Parish Church and the couple had two children Christine and Milne. Kathleen, who is a member of Christ Church in Lisburn, lived at Trummery in Moira and now has five grandchildren, as well as seven great grandchildren. She says her long life is due to good fresh home cooking, anything cooked in the pan, and her faith in God.
