One of the newest restaurants to come to Bolton has shared a look inside its busy venue as it approaches its first month in business. Las Iguanas opened its new branch at Middlebrook Retail Park on Saturday, May 18 promising to bring the “energy and spirit of South America” right to the shadow of Bolton Wanderers’ ground. The new Las Iguanas at Middlebrook (Image: Eggmedia Ltd) Its first few weeks have proven to be a big hit with Bolton diners and the restaurant has now shared the first public look inside its packed venue.

Las Iguanas managing director Lisa Gibbons said: “We’re passionate about sharing the distinctive energy, authentic flavour and spirit of South America. The venue has already proven popular (Image: Eggmedia Ltd) “Our travels have taken us to some of the most exciting kitchens in the world from the beaches of Rio to the Amazon rainforest, from urban Buenos Aires to bustling Mexican markets where we’ve discovered delicious dishes cooked from amazing ingredients.” So far, the energy of these bustling Mexican markets have more than found their equivalent in Middlebrook, where Las Iguanas has spaces for more than 200 people across inside and out.
