Nor was he alone. After changing venues repeatedly since it launched in 2014, Huang’s event moved from Ottawa’s downtown to a western suburban mall’s parking lot. Street-food vendors coming from Toronto to Kanata thought they would be “in the middle of nowhere,” far from public transportation and potential customers, Huang says.
