A popular fried chicken food chain has suddenly closed one of its branches in the county. The KFC restaurant in Bell Lane, Uckfield, shut its doors this week, leaving a number of customers surprised. A KFC spokesperson said: “We’re constantly reviewing our portfolio of over 1,000 restaurants and from time-to-time that means some may close. "Fans of our famous chicken can still get their delicious KFC from our Haywards Heath restaurant, which is still open for dine-in and delivery.”.
