A 46 year old man has been diagnosed with early onset dementia, with his family raising funds. Noelle is Jason Cronin (Fox)'s goddaughter, and she set up a GoFundMe to raise money for his treatment. In the fundraiser she explained: "Known for his incredible sense of humor and ability to make everyone around him laugh, Jason has always brightened our lives.

"Now, it's our turn to bring joy and support to him as he faces this tough journey." She describes Jason as "the funniest person I know" adding that he is known for: "Effortlessly cracking jokes and lighting up every room he enters. "But his humor is matched by his kindness, he would do anything for anyone".

He has a wife and two kids, but unfortunately is not able to enjoy the "precious moments: with them. Noelle added: "At just 46, he should be enjoying life with his family, but instead, he's facing a rapidly progressing disease that makes everyday tasks increasingly difficult". Dementia is a progressive illness, and Noelle explained that it "impacts not only the person diagnosed by also their loved ones".

She added that as his condition worsens, he will require specialised care. This will include medical treatments, therapy sessions and daily assistance. She has decided to set up the GoFundMe as it is causing a "significant financial burden" on the family.

Noelle added: "Your support, no matter how small, will make a big difference in Jason’s quality of life. "Any amount you can give will be greatly appreciated and wil.
