Local producers are centre stage at a newly transformed hotel. Situated a stone’s throw from Brighton , The White Horses officially opened its doors this week following a two-year multimillion-pound revamp . The first property from Everly Hotels Collection, the Rottingdean hotel offers 32 guestrooms and bespoke suites and a new bar and restaurant complete with outside terraces featuring spectacular sea views.
