Celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal has revealed he is bipolar. The 57-year-old, known for his TV shows such as Crazy Delicious and MasterChef Australia, disclosed his diagnosis while advocating for a shift in attitudes towards neurodiversity in workplaces. Speaking to the Metro, Heston, who is married to 36-year-old entrepreneur Melanie Ceysson, said: "My most artistic, innovative and exciting work is because I am neurodivergent, which I describe as my superpower.

" He added: "The world needs to move on from outdated and archaic misinterpretations of perceived difference, and embrace the opportunities neurodiversity presents." The chef, who runs several restaurants including the three Michelin-star Fat Duck, two Michelin-star Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Michelin-starred Hind's Head, and the Perfectionists' Cafe, is now campaigning for more inclusion of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace, who he says are "woefully underrepresented" in employment.



He concluded: "These are individuals who may have exceptional skills and unparalleled abilities yet because of traditional ways of working, we are missing out on the brilliance they ca.
