First-time fathers-to-be can now attend free informative ante-natal workshops. The Norfolk men's charity, MensCraft, has organised these sessions, perfect for new dads to understand what to expect when stepping into parenthood. Starting in July, the 3-hour workshops will be hosted on Saturday mornings in both Norwich and Great Yarmouth.

These workshops are recommended for soon-to-be fathers with babies due between August 2024 and March 2025. READ MORE: East Coast College receives royal accolade for global education efforts Andy Wood, from MensCraft, said: "These workshops have been designed in response to what men have told us they wished they knew when becoming a new dad. "We cover things such as how to prepare for birth and what comes next and how to look after your baby and your partner.



" After the workshops, MensCraft is also offering continuous support via WhatsApp and a telephone check-in at six weeks. Interested parties can find more details or book a place at menscraft.org.
