New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of Bolton’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows. Examining food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety, inspectors have rated one eatery a four out of five and three eateries, three out of five food hygiene ratings. A Bolton bar has been awarded four out of five food hygiene rating after inspection.

The inspection report states both the hygienic food handling, and the management of food safety are good whilst the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building was generally satisfactory. Three eateries have also been awarded three out of five food hygiene ratings.
