Experts have weighed in on how to get a regular poop routine and suggested an approximate number of times we should be making a trip to the toilet. The foremost question professionals are asked is to advise the 'right' amount of time one should spend pooping. However, they insist that there's no one-size-fits-all answer, as bathroom habits vary from person to person.
