Kitty Moana was 11st 8lbs at her heaviest in January 2024. Come February, she decided something had to change and she embarked on a weight loss journey to shift the pounds.

By the start of May, she dropped down to an impressive 9st 6lbs. Kitty, who regularly updates her Instagram followers with her progress, has praised a 'quick and easy' daily exercise for helping her achieve a slimmer figure. She says following the rule of always doing at least 25 minutes worth of cardio exercise a day has worked wonders.
