Gatineau Police Service Photo by Gatineau Police Service / HANDOUT Article content The Gatineau Police Service said Friday that more than 30 criminal charges had been laid against four individuals over firearms incidents in the city this week. The charges were authorized by Quebec’s Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions, a news release said. In the first case, a 29-year-old Gatineau man appeared in court Friday to face 10 charges, including being in the presence of a loaded firearm in a vehicle, possession of prohibited devices, possession of a loaded weapon and carrying a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
