New Delhi: Dr Sudhir Kumar, a neurologist at Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad, recently took to X (formerly Twitter), to post about how losing sleep can be a loss that can take longer than a while to recover from.
The doctor’s post is now going viral on the platform and has stirred a storm amongst all who struggle with sleep woes. According to the Apollo Hospitals expert, losing only one hour of sleep can take four days to recover from. The post has opened to an array of comments from all.
