A Bolton man has been banned from the roads after driving while disqualified. Jozsef Horvath was behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Insignia on Shepherd Cross Street, Smithills, in April this year. The 34-year-old had no insurance for the vehicle and was banned from the roads at the time.
At Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court Horvath admitted the two offences . Following this he was banned from the roads for a year. He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay further costs of £133.
