Super-toned Brazilian Lais recently revealed her sauna and ice bath fitness regime, saying: “I work out three times a week.
"I try to do an ice/sauna because it will help me with the soreness.” Sounds enough to make most of us break out in a cold sweat. Lais made her catwalk debut in 2009.
