Popular Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the murder of a fan who had allegedly sent offensive texts to his partner and actor, Pavithra Gowda. Thirteen people have been arrested in the case, including Darshan and Pavitra. The high profile case involves the murder of Renukaswamy, whose body was found in Bengaluru drain on June 9.
