Zara McDermott has deleted her post praising Graziano Di Prima following the shocking allegations made against him. In the latest crisis to hit Strictly Come Dancing , sources have alleged the Italian dancer, 30 behaved inappropriately towards the Love Island star 27, who he was partnered with on the show last year. Following the news he had been dropped from the new series of the show amid the crisis, Graziano took to his Instagram page to share a statement and said he "deeply regrets the events that led to my departure".
He also added: "When the time is right, I will share my story." Zara, who is believed to have been questioned by the BBC after show bosses were shown a video taken from her training session with Graziano, previously praised the Sicilian when they were eliminated from the series in 2023. After thanking her "amazing partner" on the dance floor, she took to Instagram to share a gushing post about her time on the dance floor.
Alongside a montage of snaps together, she wrote: "From the day I met you Graz, you told me every day that I am strong, beautiful and confident. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and I know that we were meant to be friends for life. You have taught me so much about myself and our laughter every single day has brought me so much joy.
