One mom has perfected a childcare routine that's captured the admiration of parents on the internet. Sarah Biggers-Stewart, 32, shared her and husband Tucker's seamless schedule that sees them dividing childcare responsibilities into morning and night. "I think kids generally thrive when there is less chaos and more routine; my kids are no different," the mom of two said. "I place a lot of value on getting out of the house, so being able to leave while he [Tucker] does to go play tennis, run personal errands, or see friends fills my cup up. Both of us get to regularly do the things that help keep us balanced.
" Elaborating on their routine in her , Sarah said her day starts at around 6:30 am when she takes charge of getting the kids ready for the day, while her husband Tucker sleeps in slightly longer—something he needs a lot more after a kidney transplant, Sarah told . As the designated evening parent, Tucker takes over after dinner, where he'll read books, , brush their teeth, and get them ready for bed.
