A woman has revealed what she thinks happens to us when we die after she had a near-death experience in a serious car accident. Willow Caelan was thrown out of her car into a ditch after a sudden crash, and thought she was going to die. The now 34-year-old expected pain, but instead drifted into a state of peace and comfort where “nothing mattered”.
She recalls seeing her soul floating above her body as if her physical form was no longer present. Now, after being given a second chance, she’s sharing her near-death experience as it may hold the secret to what happens after we die. “I felt like I was just pure consciousness and love, not a human with a body,” Willow said.
“It was almost like I was floating into a void to be connected with god or some form of the greater universe. I couldn’t see or hear anything, but I remember it being dark, comforting and warm. It was incredibly relaxing.
