FAMILIES across the country fear they have lost thousands of dollars after using a surrogacy company to fulfill their parenting dreams. The Surrogacy Escrow Account Management company based in Houston, Texas , has left prospective parents and surrogates in limbo. Couples who have invested as much as $60,000 have told Fox News affiliate KRIV that their money has vanished and SEAM refuses to answer their questions.
