Robson Sharuko in HARARE and Tafadzwa Zimoyo in LONDON THIS is likely to be the WEDDING OF THE YEAR! There will be 250 guests, including 200 who have flown in from the United Kingdom, when Jenifer Marawa and John Sitima tie the knot on the exotic Mediterranean island of Cyprus tomorrow. The couple has villas in Cyprus and have promised their guests the time of their lives.
They have settled for Maimba Mapuranga as their Master of Ceremonies and flown him to Cyprus where he is already enjoying himself on the shores of the Mediterranean. Ahead of the wedding, the bride and groom exclusively spoke to H-Metro. H-METRO: Congrats, this should be one of the Weddings of the Year, how are you feeling? JOHN AND JENIFER: We are feeling so excited and honoured by all the guests who have sacrificed to fly here They have left their jobs, beautiful homes and commitments, to share this special day with us.
H-METRO: Cyprus, that’s an exotic place for a wedding, any special reason it was chosen? JOHN AND JENIFER: We have chosen Cyprus because we love the Mediterranean lifestyle here. We love the food here. Cyprus is our second home.
We have villas here hence we said Cyprus is our second home. And we also would like our family and friends to experience the beauty of Cyprus, take a tour and just relax by the beach as they soak in the Mediterranean. H-METRO: 250 guests.
