As the weather starts to warm up, many people will be looking to make the most of the blue skies and sun. When we're lucky enough to get the weather, there is much on offer here on our doorstep in Liverpool, but it's only natural to turn your gaze a bit . Most can be found surrounded by woodland and winding paths that are perfect to explore nature. The Horseshoe Falls is less than a two-mile walk along the towpath from Llangollen. The curving weir on the River Dee brings water into the beautiful Llangollen Canal. It's a top choice for families and boaters alike and it's easy to see why as the Horseshoe Falls lies on the 11 mile long UNESCO World Heritage Site around Pontcycylte Aqueducts and Chirk.
