Alexandra Breckenridge has opened up about her Virgin River co-star Lauren Hammersley becoming a "new person", saying she has "blossomed" over time. The actress, 42, stars in Netflix 's Virgin River as Mel, with Lauren, 43, portraying Charmaine. The duo sat down for a chat in the latest episode of Alexandra's new podcast, titled I Like You Very Much, which she co-hosts with Zibby Allen, who plays Brie Sheridan in the Netflix show.
Alexandra heaped praise on Lauren during the episode, as she spoke about how much her co-star has changed over the last five years. She said she'd seen a "different side" to Lauren. "I've watched your personality, sort of, blossom over time.
Over the last five years or whatever it's been. It's almost like you've become a new person," Alexandra stated. She went on: "You've become a different side of yourself.
Just in my interactions with you, and your positivity and your appreciation for life. You're really just spearheading your life because it feels like you're inspired by life. I find that to be such a beautiful quality about you.
" Lauren appeared touched by the sweet comments from her co-star. She jokingly responded: "That is so sweet. Thank you.
I think it's attention deficit disorder." Alexandra and Zibby launched their podcast in June. It features the duo engaging in candid conversations with fellow Virgin River cast members such as Martin Henderson, Ben Hollingsworth, Annette O'Toole and others.
It's proven to be popular with fans, who are ea.
