A press release says, “The track’s lush harmonies and dreamy textures create a sonic cocktail of classic bachata percussion, electric guitar riffs, and a driving beat that makes you want to move.” There’s a bit of R&B that’s often heard in Vinny Lunar’s songs, along with incisive Spanish lyrics by Ange. The song about young love and desire and “embracing the present” was created with the intent of “transcending borders and celebrating the beauty of connection,” the press release adds.

There’s plenty more in the mix sonically apart from bachata rhythms, including jersey club, jazz and pop. Ange says in a statement about the song, “From the moment I heard Vinny’s demo, I knew this track was special. I loved the dreamy yet powerful fusion of genres.

When I sang my verse in Spanish, it felt so natural. It was a great way to bring cultures together and give a nod to the genre’.
