Listen to Story A guest who received the grand wedding invite sent by Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant has shared a glimpse of it that is nothing but absolutely magnificent. Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Mukesh and Nita Ambani, will get married to Radhika Merchant in a grand ceremony in Mumbai on July 12. As far as their wedding invite is concerned, the guest unboxed it as she documented the process in a nearly-five minute long video.
The invite is enclosed in an orange box featuring an image of Lord Vishnu with Vishnu Shlok inscribed all over the box. The front cover inside the box features intricate embroidery of Vaikuntha, which is Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi’s abode. Vishnu mantra plays as you open the box.
A golden book is also placed inside which features the wedding invites. The book has been adorned with pictures of Lord Ganesha and Radha Krishna – all of which are detachable frames. The Ambani family also added a personal touch to the invite by including a handwritten note for the guests inside the box.
A beautiful ‘travel mandir’ was also there, as was a pouch containing a stunning pashmina shawl, specially handcrafted by artisans in Kashmir. “This box has a little bit of everything – art, culture and spirituality combined,” the guest said in the video. Take a look at the wedding invite here: The wedding festivities of Anant Ambani will commence with an intimate puja ceremony at the Ambanis’ Mumbai residence, Antilia, on June 29.
