Scotland could be basking in the balmy conditions for a few days around June 3 as WX charts show Perth in Scotland reaching highs of 23C. Dundee and Edinburgh are also set to embrace warmer weather as temperatures reach 20C.
The hottest part of Britain will be central Scotland as elsewhere in the country will feel slightly cooler. The UK's capital city will be 17C, whereas Birmingham in the West Midlands will also be 17C.` A spokesperson for the Met Office explained the weather might fluctuate at the beginning of June: "The signal for any meaningful high (or low) pressure regime to become established remains elusive, which suggests that the weather could remain fairly changeable through June, with variations on what this will look like across the country.
