Temperatures are due to rise to 20C and above later this month (Image: WXCharts) Weather maps have revealed exactly when the UK will be hit by a week-long mini- heatwave , when temperatures could rise as high as 21C. The maps, courtesy of WXCharts, show temperatures rising into the early 20Cs on May 28 before remaining around 20-22C for the next week. The highest temperatures will be seen in the South and South East, with the likes of London, Reading, Southampton and Bristol revelling in the warmer weather.
