FASHION fans have been left totally divided as a 90s trend makes a return to shelves. Maxi skirts were incredibly popular back in the 90s, and were loved by many celebrities, including Jennifer Aniston . But now, it appears that the floor-length skirts have returned to shops - with Primark stocking a range of colours and styles, just in time for summer.
So if your wardrobe could do with an upgrade in time for the warmer weather, you’ll need to check this out. Posting on social media, Primark gave shoppers a close-up look at their new-in skirts. Content creator Ellie Finnis modelled the floaty skirts, which are perfect for looking stylish and keeping cool in hot weather.
Alongside the clip of Ellie, Primark penned: “Midi skirts. our summer wardrobe staple. Prices from £1.
’ Ellie beamed as she held up two large Primark bags and explained: “I went to Primark this morning and found so much good stuff.” To kick off the haul, Ellie held up her first purchase - a stunning white maxi skirt. The brunette beauty beamed: “I got this gorgeous, linen look maxi skirt.
” Ellie then modelled the skirt, which she styled with a white t-shirt. Following this, Ellie tried on a leopard print maxi skirt, which she styled with a yellow vest and a leopard print scarf. She added: “I’ve seen a lot of people mention this and I just couldn’t leave it behind.
” The official @ primark Instagram video has clearly impressed many, as at the time of writing, it had quickly racked up almos.
