We're all a bit self-conscious about our bodies, which is why it's refreshing to see "real" figures in the spotlight. Curvy model Sophie Hughes is smashing stereotypes and showing the world that comes in all shapes and sizes, but she admitted she'd rake in more followers if she only posted pictures that made her look skinny. The babe has racked up over 55,000 fans for her feel-good posts, yet she knows people are used to seeing the same body types on their feeds.

It's a bonkers attitude that she's determined to squash. Size is just a number, and Sophie's on a mission to show it. She's not about to let a few trolls stop her from spreading the love on her platform.

On Instagram, Sophie wrote: "We are so deeply conditioned to only accept one type of body as 'healthy' that when I rotate myself 90 degrees I am somehow deemed repulsive. And there's no negative emotion from me, just an exhale, just a deep knowing that we have so much work still to do. "The image on the .
