Westbury, get ready: The Shed, Long Island's all-day brunch chain, has expanded. The latest location touches down in The Selby luxury apartment building in Westbury. Established in 2017 in Huntington , the concept quickly took off and by 2022, additional outposts had opened in West Sayville and Plainview.

The Westbury location is by far the largest, with a 5,000-square-foot dining room, massive floor-to-ceiling windows and a bi-level 1,800-square-foot patio adding 60 seats to the 120 interior ones. Perhaps, at this Shed, the wait for a table will be less arduous. "This beautiful luxury development is a place where we are able to bring together the whole community while also serving as a great amenity for the people who live within The Selby itself," explained John Tunney, The Shed's owner.
