Former The Only Way is Essex star Lydia Bright hasn't been a mainstay on our TV screens for years since leaving the show - but she's been busy. Since bursting onto the reality TV scene in 2010 she's starred on other shows, had a daughter and written a book. The 33-year-old was a much-loved cast member from the early series of TOWIE.
The show introduced her as James 'Arg' Argent's girlfriend and showed the ups and downs of their relationship. Although the couple split up long ago, they remain close friends. Both of them regularly share pictures spending time together.

She shares sweet videos of her daughter on Instagram. The reality TV star went on a lengthy journey to find the perfect family home, enduring two years of house hunting and a seven-month stint at her parents' place before finally settling down.
When she bought the home she posted: "Nearly 2 years since I started the search, 1 failed house purchase, 7 months bunking in at my parents and probably/maybe 50 viewings later...
," Lydia expressed her overwhelming emotions on Instagram. "Our forever home fairytale can finally begin. I am so emotional right now.
