More info Tesco has announced a new partnership with one of the UK's biggest energy providers that will benefit millions of its Clubcard members. The UK's largest supermarket chain has recently added OVO Energy as a new Rewards partner for its popular loyalty scheme. Even better, the partnership has launched a new deal that will provide cardholders with free points worth up to £50.



Customers with both an OVO account and a Clubcard membership can link up both of their accounts to earn 2,500 points for free. Launched earlier this week on June 25, the deal is available to both new and existing customers. To qualify for the offer there are two requirements that customers need to meet.

They need to pay by direct debit and have a smart meter in their home, or arrange to get one installed. The 2,500 points earned will provide members with £25 that can be spent on their Tesco shopping in store and online. However, it can be doubled to £50 with one of the supermarket's 100+ Rewards partners.
