A Taylor Swift fan has spent over 17 hours queuing overnight for her Cardiff show after booking tickets "as a joke". Dylan Izadseta, 42, has come all the way from California to the Welsh capital for the show with her 11-year-old daughter Brooklyn. They arrived at the Principality Stadium at 3pm on Monday, June 17 and haven't left the area since.

Speaking to WalesOnline from the queue on Stadium Plaza on Tuesday morning, she said their trip to the UK had been something they joked about after they struggled to get tickets for the Eras Tour in the US. "We actually came here as a joke," she said. "The Eras presale tour was sold out [in the US] within minutes so my daughter had mentioned maybe looking internationally.

I am terrified of flying.

The UK is so beautiful and it's been amazing so far. We hope to come back." Dylan said security staff at the Principality - which put out a message yesterday urging Swifties not to camp overnight ahead of the concert - were friendly when they turned up at 3pm on Monday although there were few others around.
