Longview's Mountain Goat Tattoo Co. is hosting a fundraiser Friday and Saturday to benefit the Humane Society of Cowlitz County. A portion of sales from walk-in clients from 11 a.

m. to 5 p.m.



will be donated to the nonprofit, according to a press release from the business. Mountain Goat staff will have examples of specially created tattoo designs, which can be viewed at cowlitzhumane.com .

Brianna Cogburn, Kiki Thompson, Trista Miller and Hailey Pentland will be the tattoo artists at the event, located at the shop at 1051 14th Ave., Suite 114. Entry is free.

The fundraiser will also include the gourmet hot dog cart Local Dogz, tarot card readings by Virgo Virtue Healing Arts, and screen printed shirts by Engraved Design Co. There will be auctions to benefit the humane society's adoption programs, vaccine clinic, spay/neuter clinic, and more. Donors will be entered into a raffle.

The press release also says additional gifts and gift cards were donated by Eclipse Coffee & Tea, The Sugar Pearl Dessert Co., Petworks, Silverstar Bar, Triangle Tavern, The Office 842, Off beat Antiques, Jojo and Coco, Bark Box, Storyboard Delights, Mina Mazz Beauty, Halo Salon + Boutique, Raw Juice Bar, Tsugawa Nursery, Forest Stone & Sea, Bex Salon, Vibe Cannabis Co., Farah Rose Nails, and Haven Mind and Body Collective.

Mountain Goat Tattoo Co., formerly Brand X Tattoo, opened in 2007 and now has six artists that range in specialties from blackout work, Japanese, realism, to anime, the press relea.
