A 20-year-old man from New York City has been extradited to Pennsylvania to face retail theft charges in Berks and Chester counties. Investigators say Audys A. m. According to Spring Township police: The foursome took items off the shelves, putting them in their jacket pockets and shopping bags, and quickly left the store without paying. The incident was recorded on store security cameras.
Merchandize with a total value of $928 was taken. An effort by Ulta Beauty and law enforcement from surrounding states using an incident management database resulted in Soto Sandoval being identified as one of the suspects. Further details were unavailable.
