Monsoon has finally arrived in Bengal and the Bengali television shows are keeping up with the ‘vibe’. For example, ‘ Sohag Chand ’ has opted to welcome the monsoon with a touch of romance. After the leap of six years, the lives of Sohag and Chand, the protagonists and lead pair of the show, stand in different planes.

As Sohag has moved on with her life and with her daughter Chorki, and Chand has picked himself up and found his footing as well – Sayan and Khowai too have managed to settle in their little world with their daughter Kopai. To add the cherry on top, Sayan and Khowai (played by Joyprakash Pal and Anuradha Mukherjee ) have embarked on their own kind of love story that has carved a niche for the audience. In the midst of managing teenage tantrums, work pressures, and household chores, Sayan and Khowai have discovered a rare and beautiful love that defies the ordinary.



They aren't your typical couple; Sayan, with his non-conventional looks and newfound commitment to a healthier lifestyle, and Khowai, a picture of grace and fitness, walk together in every sense of the word. Despite their busy lives, they find happiness in the simple moments, especially when it rains. When the skies open up, they seize the opportunity to stroll hand in hand, savouring the fresh, earthy scent and the gentle patter of raindrops.

They sip hot tea under the shelter of a small tea stall, sharing quiet conversations and heartfelt laughter. The rain becomes their sanctuary, a place .
