A unit in this famous Bondi Beach art deco block is for sale. One-time Socceroo, James Holland, has just listed his Bondi Beach rental property with the hopes of scoring $1.2m at its June 30 auction.
Holland, who currently plays for Austria Wien in the Austrian Football Bundesliga, debuted for the Australian national team in 2008 and was part of the Socceroo squad at the 2014 World Cup. Originally from Newcastle, the 35 year old has also played for The Central Coast Mariners, the Newcastle Jets, in the Netherlands and Germany.
