As this month's Guest Beauty Editor for RSVP, Sharon Corr was more than happy to share her best beauty tips and tricks with us. From sharing what must-haves are in her make-up bag to the skincare products she cannot live without, Sharon has revealed the beauty buys that keep her skin looking and feeling it's best. Apart from revealing her favourites, Sharon is also a dab hand at DIY in the world of skincare.

The main functions of toner include removing excess oil, make-up and dirt from the skin, deep cleaning and closing pores, restoring the skin's natural pH balance and preparing the skin to better absorb moisturiser. Explaining how she makes it, Sharon tells RSVP: "I boil water in the kettle and cool it so it is distilled.



I add 1-2 drops of tea tree oil into a cosmetic container and put it in the fridge." Sharon's homemade body scrub also contains skin-loving ingredients. The purpose of body scrub, if you didn't know, is to get rid of dead skin cells, enhance hydration, prevent ingrown hairs and make hair removal easier and to rejuvenate skin, amongst other functions.
