Recently she shared her upper-body , which included a series of exercises incorporating weight training and traditional cardio. Starting with slow pull-ups on a bar, Shanaya Kapoor uses elastic bands to support her body weight. Then, she repeats the same exercise on hip-length parallel bars.
With her right knee on the ground, she uses a barbell to her right shoulder. Then using resistance bands attached to the ceiling, she balances her feet on a dumbbell and does pull-ups in the air. This exercise is challenging but a great way to build upper-body strength.
