Saudi Arabia's latest futuristic offering has been unveiled as a luxury lifestyle coastal destination "like nothing on Earth." Magna on the Gulf of Aqaba coastline comprises NEOM's recently announced premier destinations of Leyja, Epicon, Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, Zardun, Xaynor, Elanan, Gidori, Treyam and Jaumur. The 12 destinations will span 120 kilometers and are part of the "physical embodiment of the ambitious and future-focused Saudi Vision 2030.

" Magna will be developed with a core focus on "cutting-edge technology, world-class architecture, and ultra-modern amenities that effortlessly merge with nature." The development will comprise 15 luxury hotels, 1,600 hotel rooms, suites and apartments, and over 2,500 premium residences across its destinations. NEOM's states: "An undiscovered coastal jewel on the Gulf of Aqaba near the Red Sea, Magna will be a place like nothing on Earth.



A perfect symthesis of majestic nature, extraordinary experiences and architectural ingenuity - offering luxury living and tourism. "All within a nature reserve, where 95% of the land is reserved for wildlife." It comes as first part of a multi-billion pound futuristic megacity will open to wealthy tourists this year.

The resort of Sindalah on the Red Sea boasts "world class luxury" with three grand hotels, a yacht club, wellness spa and 51 retail outlets. Saudi Arabia's £403billion NEOM megacity will span an area 17 times the size of London. The island, planned by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Sa.
