There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the bach and an upstairs balcony entertaining area with a full bar, wood fireplace, blinds and heaters in the ceiling.

“It has a beautiful view of Moonah trees and glimpses of the water,” Mr Dodds says. Owner, builder and artist Trent Downie, created a mural in the living area. He also painted the back garden’s skate ramp.
