Roy Keane has shared a heartfelt tribute to his 'beautiful and loyal' dog Jet who sadly passed away. The former Manchester United captain took to Instagram to share the news, posting touching photos of Jet with the caption: "Thanks Jet for being so beautiful and loyal to our family. We will miss you.
" Jet was no stranger to the spotlight, having appeared with Keane in a series of Adidas adverts last year. A devoted dog lover, Keane has now lost two beloved pets, with Jet's passing following that of the famous Triggs in 2012. Reflecting on Triggs' passing, Keane once said: "She was about 13 and unless you've had a dog you will never understand. "She was a great dog and went through a lot with me, ups and downs. You will have me crying in a minute so be careful.
But she had a good life. She had a good innings, as they say." Like Triggs, Jet held an incredibly special place in Keane's heart, evidenced by the fact that the first photo Keane ever uploaded to his Instagram was a selfie with Jet, captioned: "A man's best friend.
