Rob and Rylan's Grand Tour teased in BBC trailer Rob Rinder and Rylan Clark fans have demanded the duo make another travel show following their Grand Tour on BBC Two. The pair have been on a soul-searching odyssey in Italy as they embarked on single life after they both divorced from their husbands. Their heartbreak spurred them on to follow in the footsteps of Lord Byron's Grand Tour and viewers have loved it.
Despite Rob, 45, and Rylan, 35, experiencing Italian culture, the show is more about their life experiences, and their journey to heal. The three-part series on BBC Two saw Rob and Rylan explore some of Italy’s most loved cities: Venice, Florence, and Rome. In the final Grand Tour episode, which aired on Sunday (May 26), TV judge Rob and former X-Factor star Rylan travelled to the capital city where they discussed art, but they left feeling emotional as they visited the Colosseum.
It was the large amphitheater that sparked Rylan to reflect on his life so far. While enjoying a drink with his travel buddy, the TV presenter was taken aback by the wonderful views and Italian sunset. He explained to Rob what it means to be "a ginger kid from a council flat in Stepney Green" who was expected to "stay in his lane".
