RED BLUFF— In the business of growth, healing and beauty, two ribbon-cutting ceremonies recently took place in Red Bluff. A grand opening and ribbon-cutting welcomed New Day Family Counseling Center took place Thursday, June 6, at 5:30 p.m.
The center is located at 329 Cedar St. in Red Bluff. The center offers services for those who wish to take the first step toward a healing journey with compassionate and highly qualified therapists.

In 1963, with just $5,000, Mary Kay, also known as Mary Kathlyn Wagner, a native of Hot Wells, Texas, started the company, then called Beauty by Mary Kay, with her son Richard’s help in a tiny storefront in downtown Dallas.
