7 Frank St, Newtown, is on the market for $3.1m to $3.3m after a major renovation.

You could be forgiven for thinking 7 Frank St, Newtown , is a slick knockdown rebuild project at first glance. A masterful renovation designed by Blasco Stuart architects has almost erased every outward sign of the original brick home that occupied the 959sq m block from the 1980s. But, in fact, it was the vendors’ desire to retain as much of the fabric of the existing house and its expansive family friendly garden that informed much of the contemporary redesign.

The swimming pool is in view from the main living area. Large sliding doors create a seamless link to the outdoor entertainment area..
