BEMIDJI — Bemidji’s own AirCorps Aviation sponsored the speedway's action on Sunday night with six classes racing on a beautiful, sunny summer day. The Wissota Super Stocks had the night off. Feature winners were Brandon Puschinsky in the Wissota Pure Stocks, Cade Johnson in the Wissota Hornets, Blake Erickson in the Wissota Mod Fours, Mike Blevins in the Wissota Midwest Modifieds, Davey Mills in the Wissota Modifieds and Ashton Schwinn in the Bemidji Mini Stocks.
Next Sunday, July 7, the track will introduce the “Young Guns” at the track. All the drivers under 20 will be introduced prior to the races on the front straight. All first responders, police, sheriffs, deputies, EMS, firefighters and military, active and retired, will also be recognized in a "Salute to Service Night.

m. A total of 20 Wissota Pure Stocks drove on track for the first of six features. Leading the way were Lilly Farrington and Brandon Puschinsky.
Puschinsky powered to the lead with Farrington, Billy Binkley, Alex Berg and Jake Smith in the top five. The pure stocks, led by Puschinsky raced lap after lap before encountering lapped cars. The leaders made it around the traffic before Smith drove into the infield out of the race.
