Football fans across the UK are gearing up to watch the England Men's team battle it out against Spain in the Euros final this evening, and the future King - Prince William - will be amongst those keeping their fingers crossed for a victory. The royal is set to attend the big game in Berlin as part of his role as President of the Football Association, and a die-hard fan of the sport. But Prince William had an extra reason to celebrate after watching England beat the Netherlands 2-1 last Wednesday in the semis to secure their place in the Euros final when the winning goal was scored by Ollie Watkins, who just so happens to play for William's beloved Aston Villa.

William's delight was evident as he took to X following the match, and he made sure to give a shout-out to the 28-year-old player. "What a beauty, Ollie! Congratulations England! #EURO2024 Finalists," the future King wrote.
