Prince Louis always adds a special touch to any occasion - and a recent appearance has royal fans excited. The three Wales children are beloved by the public, and six year old Louis - the youngest - brings an extra spark to family gatherings. There was uncertainty over whether Prince George, Princess Charlotte or Louis would be present at Trooping the Colour earlier this month.

However, all three arrived by carriage with their mother, Princess Kate , much to everyone's delight. Schofield told Daily Express US: "It's not a royal event without Prince Louis. "Louis is such an important star of the show today and his sweetness and carefree nature feels like a good indication of his home life." Both Prince William and Princess Kate spend considerable quality time with their children, deviating from the royal tradition of relying heavily on nannies.

Trooping the Colour, also known as the King's Birthday Parade, served as a welcome back party for Kate, who has been on medical leave since February. While she is not expected to return to regular frontline duties, she may attend some one-off events. DO.
