A popular YouTube star has praised a takeaway and café in the city centre for its ‘absolutely delicious’ selection of sandwiches and baked goods. Rate My Takeaway, which is run by presenter Danny Malin, has more than 703,000 subscribers on the video platform and, as the name suggests, regularly travels across the country to review local takeaways. Since launching in 2020, Dave has tried everything from fish and chips and fried breakfasts to Welsh rarebit and rib sliders.

After setting up his now recognisable camping table and chairs, Danny admitted that the order was ‘a bit on the pricey side’, costing him more than £30 altogether.
